Prince Mumba

Prince Mumba is a two-time Olympian and has competed in five World Championships. Additionally, he is a three-time NCAA Division I All-American and was inducted into the Oral Roberts University Hall of Fame.
Mumba earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Oral Roberts University. Currently, he serves as the head coach of track and field and cross country at Brentwood School.

Brightside NIL is led by Jake Pavorsky, a recognized force in the basketball space with nearly a decade of experience building player-first platforms and executing high-level deals.
As Director of Player Personnel for The Basketball Tournament (TBT), Jake was instrumental in positioning the event at the forefront of college basketball - developing deep ties with Division I programs and coaches that form the foundation of the opportunities he brings to Brightside clients.
His strength lies in building trusted relationships, uncovering opportunities, and amplifying players’ stories — guiding athletes as they grow their brand, expand their network, and take the next step in their careers.
