But the road to success is filled with challenges that can trip up even the most determined among them. While some athletes shine, countless others are left behind, their potential untapped.

In a world where 10-year-olds are jet-setting across the country to showcase their talents through AAU, travel teams and club teams, we find ourselves in a system that often misses the mark. It sidelines kids from low-income and single-parent homes and turns the joy of sports into a grind. Parents feel the strain, trapped in a cycle of endless tournaments and frantic trips, all while worrying their children might miss out on opportunities.
