Cassidy Cage: A Rising Star in Volleyball's Next Generation

At Connextions Foundation, we pride ourselves on supporting and highlighting exceptional student-athletes who are making significant strides in their respective sports. One such athlete is Cassidy Cage, a towering 6'3" middle blocker who is already making waves in the volleyball community.

Cassidy Cage is a name that will soon be synonymous with dominance on the volleyball court. Hailing from Illinois, Cassidy attends Marist School and plays for Sports Performance Volleyball Club. As a member of the Class of 2026, she is already establishing herself as one of the top middle blockers in the nation.

This past season, Cassidy proved herself to be an invaluable asset to her team. As Marist heads into the Crimson Classic, Cassidy's presence at the net is something every opposing team must reckon with. Known for her physicality and strategic play, she has become a force that attackers on the other side of the net must think twice about before challenging.

Cassidy's ability to combine defensive prowess with offensive versatility is what sets her apart. Her performance for Sports Performance Volleyball Club this past season has been nothing short of impressive, and it's no wonder that she will be continuing her volleyball journey at Mississippi State.

Mississippi State is gaining not just a player but a game-changer. Cassidy’s ability to control the net, whether by blocking or executing well-timed hits, ensures that she will be a key player for the Bulldogs. Her understanding of the game, combined with her physical attributes, makes her a player that teams will always need to be aware of.

At Connextions Foundation, we are excited to watch Cassidy's journey unfold. We believe in supporting young athletes like Cassidy who exemplify hard work, determination, and sportsmanship. Her success is a testament to the importance of dedication and the right guidance, something we strive to provide to all our student-athletes.
